Right now we have urgent opening for the post of Support engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Hardware and software installation.
2. Maintain linux and apache server.
3. Desktop and internet support.
4. Maintenance of networking systems.
5. Managing Cpanel/whm/plesk based hosting servers and hosting customer support.
6. knowledge of whm, linux,cpanel and plesk control panel would be preferred.
Job Qualifications:
•Should have at least 1 to 3yrs of experience into technical support.
•Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
•Candidates should be B-tech, BCA, MCA, or diploma in IT.
•Basic knowledge of database (MSSQL/MYSQL) and networking knowledge
•Basic knowledge of servers and applications.
